Walkthrough: Sell Art Online and Print on Demand

I have created some new images and wanted to see if there was just one person out there that would buy them. This write-up will be focused on this journey.

My Questions

• What are some good places to sell?
• Should I use Etsy?
• Should I setup a different bank account?

Where to Sell

I have heard of a few places but really do not know which is the best. I am going to focus on print-on-demand sites and select three to start deep diving into:

• Amazon Merch Store
• RedBubble.com
• Printful.com through Etsy

RedBubble.com

Account creation was pretty easy. You need to upload 5 items into your portfolio before you can set up your store. I also used midjourney to create my profile image and banner.

I used the following prompt for my profile image:

MidJourney: a paint brush, glowsticks and a piano keyboard icons in a circle --niji 5

Make sure to spend some time on each image and how they show up on the product page. As far as tagging strategy I am thinking chatGTP for some guidance.
